Das Gebaude dient der Truppenverpflegung am Standort Munster fur 600 Verpflegungsteilnehmer, sowie der Versorgung anderer Verpflegungsausgabestellen.Hierfur sind eine Grosskuche mit Spulkuche, Lagern, Kuhlzellen, etc., sowie ein Gastraum mit Ausgabeeinrichtung und Verkaufsbereich und die notwendigen Sanitar- und Sozialraume vorzusehen. Als weitere Nutzung wird die Betreuung, die Pflege der Kameradschaft, die Erholung und Unterhaltung der Soldat*Innen in dem Neubau angesiedelt. Hierfur ist ein separater Gastraum mit Thekenbetrieb, sowie ein Clubraum mit Terrassenbereich, ein Unterhaltungsraum und ein Tagungs- und Konferenzraum vorzusehen.Nach Fertigstellung des Neubaus ist der eingeschossige, unterkellerte Altbau mit Flachdach abzureissen und die Grunflache wieder herzurichten.Als Baumassnahme des Bundes sind fur die Planung die Grundsatze der RBBau umzusetzen, unter Berucksichtigung unterschiedlicher, bundeswehrspezifischer Richtlinien. Weiterhin sind die Erlasse fur Klimaneutrale Neubauten des Bundes, Leitfaden Barrierefreies Bauen und Recycling umzusetzen.Awards
