Die Gebaudeplanung begann 12/2019. Das Gebaude wird eine Nutzungsflache von ca. 2 000 m2 umfassen, die Kindererlebniswelt von ca. 1 050 m2. Der Auftraggeber wunscht eine kreativ gestaltete Spielwelt fur Kinder mit hohem didaktischem und gestalterischem Anspruch. Da eine Trennung von Planung und kunstlerischer Gestaltung nicht sinnvoll ist, soll eine Gesamtvergabe auf der Grundlage eines mehrstufigen Partnering-Vertrages mit den entsprechenden Offenlegungspflichten des Auftragnehmers erfolgen. Die Leistungen werden stufenweise beauftragt, zunachst mit einem pauschalen Planungshonorar fur die Konzeptentwicklung und Planung bis zur Zuarbeit fur die Gebaudeplanung zur Einreichung des Bauantrages und der Erstellung der EW-Bau.Die Fertigstellung ist 2022 vorgesehen.Awards
