Der ,,Spassbereich" mit Sauna etc. wurde 1990 ganzlich neu errichtet.Folgende Sanierungsmassnahmen sind voraussichtlich erforderlich:-- Erneuerung der gesamten Badewassertechnik;-- Energetische Sanierung Gebaudehulle (teilw. Aussenwande, Dach komplett aufgrund Undichtigkeit);-- Umbau von WC-Anlage in behindertengerechte WCs;-- Herstellung der Barrierefreiheit mit Plattformlift zur Uberwindung der unterschiedlichen Fussbodenhohen im Schwimmbereich;-- Erneuerung Boden- und Wandbelage der Schwimmhalle;-- Edelstahlauskleidung Sportbecken;-- evtl. Ruckbau Whirlpool, Planschbecken, Saunahalle (Gebaudehulle soll fur evtl. Nachnutzung bestehen bleiben).Voraussichtlicher Leistungszeitraum:Baubeginn ca. Mai 2021 Fertigstellung ca.
