Hauptleistungspflicht des Auftragnehmers ist die Gewahrleistung des Netzbetriebs. Der Ausbau der Infrastruktur in dem vom Bund geforderten Ausbaubereich (sog. "Berliner Modellprojekt") soll am 30.11.2011 abgeschlossen werden.Der Netzausbau erfolgte mittels konventioneller, offener Bauweise, HDD-Spuhlbohrungen, Pressungen mit Bodenverdrangung und im Minitrenching (Frasverfahren). Weiter wurden auf einer Lange von ca. 2 km bereits vorhandene Leerrohre in die Netzstruktur einbezogen.Im Rahmen der von der Gemeinde durchgefuhrten Marktanalyse in beiden Versorgungsbereichen haben 20 Gewerbetreibende ein hohes Interesse an der Versorgung mit mindestens 50 MBits/s download bzw. 25 MBit/ s symmetrisch (erhohter gewerblicher Bedarf) sowie 110 Privathaushalte ebenfalls ein hohes Interesse an einer Versorgung bekundet.
