B. die herkommliche zerstorende Uberprufung uber die Herstellung von Quer-Schliffproben zu ersetzen. Ziele des Messgerates sind die Analyse von Materialschaden und defekten, Fehlerdetektion beim Zusammenbau komplexer Baugruppen sowie Porositats- und Schadensanalysen.Gleichzeitig soll es moglich sein die geometrischen Masse zu erfassen und auszuwerten. Dabei soll die gesamte Materialbandbreite von Metallen, Kunstoffen bis zu Verbundwerkstoffen messbar sein. Da das Gerat fertigungsnah eingesetzt wird, ist eine strahlendichte Rontgenschutzkabine nach RoV Anlage 2, Punkt 3 Grundvorrausetzung.Wichtig sind ausserdem die einfache Bedienung des Gerates und der automatisierte Ablauf von Prufplanen mit Auswertung und aussagekraftiger Darstellung der Messergebnisse. Aus den Messdaten sollen weiterhin sich CAD-Modelle zur weiteren Verarbeitung auf Koordinatenmessgeraten o. a. erstellen lassen.Awards
