Das Hauptgebaude, ein langgestreckter Baukorper mit einem nach Norden zeigenden Ostflugel, verfugt uber ein Untergeschoss (Teilunterkellerung sowie Kriechkeller), dem Erdgeschoss sowie 3 Obergeschossen. Die auf der Sudseite begonnene Fassadensanierung wird fortgesetzt, zudem werden Umbau- und Sanierungsmassnahmen im Gebaudeinneren durchgefuhrt. Im Kellergeschoss werden Feuchtigkeitsschaden saniert.
