Bei der Pferderennbahn handelt es sich um ein Flachendenkmal, somit sind bei der Planung die denkmalrechtlichen Belange zu berucksichtigen.Durch das Hochwassers sowie die Sanierung des Tribunengebaudes und seiner Nebengebaude kam es zu Beschadigungen der Aussenanlagen der Pferderennbahn. Diese sollen nun saniert werden. Die uberplante Flache betragt ca. xx m2. Es liegen Unterlagen der Planungsphasen 1-2 vor.Gegenstand des Verfahrens ist die Freiraumplanung nach HOAI 2013 Teil 3 SS 39, Freianlagen, Leistungsphasen 3-8.Awards
