Gegenstand des ausgeschriebenen Auftrages sind Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung der LP 1-6 sowie LP 8 (besondere Leistung fur die Objektuberwachung) gemass SSSS 49 i. V. m. Anlage 14 HOAI 2013. Die Leistungen werden stufenweise/optional beauftragt. Mit dem Zuschlag werden zunachst nur die Leistungen der LP 1-3 beauftragt. Ein unbedingter Rechtsanspruch auf Beauftragung der weiteren Leistungen besteht nicht. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass der Auftraggeber einige Leistungen selbst erbringt und einen Projektsteuer beauftragt hat. Es werden daher nicht alle LP zu 100 % beauftragt. Es ist vorgesehen, die Umsetzung des Projekts mit Fordermitteln aus dem GRW Forderprogramm zu realisieren. Dazu sind Antragsunterlagen (entsprechend ZBAU) bis spatestens 8.2018 zu erarbeiten.Anschliessend erfolgt die baufachliche Prufung durch den BLSA. Der Neubau soll Mitte 2020 fertiggestellt sein.Awards
