Parallel ausgeschrieben werden Planungsleistungen der Technischen Gebaudeausrustung - Elektro und HLS als Los 2 sowie Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung als Los 3. Die Kindertagesstatte wird 3 geoffnete Gruppen mit 75 Platzen und eine Krippengruppe mit 10 Platzen auf einer Nutzungsflache von 945 m2 umfassen. Die Kindertagesstatte befindet sich in Tragerschaft der katholischen Kirche. Bauherrin und Auftraggeberin ist die Stadt Montabaur, jedoch ist die Planung eng mit beiden abzustimmen. Forderrichtlinien, Planungsvorgaben und Baubudget (sh. II.2.4) sind einzuhalten.Awards
