Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich der eigentliche Gemeindesaal mit Buhne, das Foyer und Nebenraume, wie ein Abstellraum, einer Garderobe, ein Putzmittelraum und die Toilettenanlagen.Zudem ist eine Aufwarmkuche, die bei Veranstaltungen zur Bewirtung vorgesehen ist, vorhanden. Fur den Musikverein ist ein Proberaum mit Nebenraum vorhanden. Im bestehenden Untergeschoss mit teilweise vorhandenem Gewolbekeller werden ein Technikraum sowie Lagerraume eingerichtet. Die Kellerraume 1a, 1b und 2a, 2b sollen zu Lagerzwecken genutzt werden. Zu einem spateren Zeitraum (nicht Teil der Planung) ist beabsichtigt, die v. g. Kellerraume auch als Ausstellungsraume umzunutzen.Die Planungsergebnisse der Leistungsphasen 1-4 fur die Tragwerksplanung liegen bereits vor..Die Vergabestelle nimmt eine fachlosweise Vergabe der Planungsleistungen vor.Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens (Los 03) sind die Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung gem.
