Erst mit Realisierung des Zentralklinikums wird es moglich, die Leistungsausweitung voll zu erreichen und die Einsparungen im Betrieb zu generieren.Als erste Baustufe soll ein Herzzentrum, welches die Innere Medizin II (Kardiologie) und Herzchirurgie mit integrierter Notfallradiologie realisiert werden. Das Gebaude weist Flache von 31.300 m2 BGF auf.Im ersten Bauabschnitt wurde der Grobaushub mit Ausbildung eines Berliner Verbaus und die Bohrpfahlgrundung vorgenommen. Nach Beendigung der Restarbeiten aus den Massnahmen im Umfeld (MiU) hat das Gewerk Rohbau im September 2021 die Arbeiten aufgenommen.Die OP-Untersuchungsleuchten werden mit der Werk- und Montageplanung voraussichtlich im Mai 2023 beginnen und im geplanten Zeitraum von August 2023 bis April 2024 werden die Arbeiten auf der Baustelle ausgefuhrt. Der Start der Montage der Unterkonstruktionen ist geplant fur August 2023.Im Rahmen einer europaweiten offenen Ausschreibung sollen Leistungen fur das Gewerk OP-Untersuchungsleuchten beauftragt werden.Awards
