Hierbei ist eine Mindestabdeckung von 95 % (je Ortsgemeinde) gefordert. Deutlich hohere Ubertragungsgeschwindigkeiten sind willkommen und gewunscht.Die bezuschusste Infrastruktur bzw. das mit ihr einhergehende Dienstleistungsangebot soll innerhalb eines Zeitraums von 12 Monaten nach Vertragsunterzeichnung realisiert sein und muss innerhalb eines Zeitraumes von 7 Jahren aufrechterhalten werden. Das Angebot muss auch die Investitionen zur Herstellung des offenen Zugangs auf Vorleistungsebene (Technische Herstellung der Anbieter- und Nutzerneutralitat) umfassen.Awards
