Gegebenenfalls soll der Kindergarten noch um ein weiteres Stockwerk mit Wohnungen aufgestockt werden.Zudem gibt es derzeit noch Uberlegungen, den Kindergartenneubau in Modulbauweise zu errichten. In diesem Falle wurde es bei den Architektenleistungen zu einem reduzierten Leistungsbild kommen, welches zu spateren Zeitpunkt einvernehmlich vereinbart wird.Mit der Planung soll unverzuglich nach Abschluss des Verfahrens bzw. Beauftragung begonnen werden.Die Bauausfuhrung soll 2022 beginnen.Fur die Kostengruppen 200-600 geht man derzeit von Kosten in Hohe von 3,0 Mio. EUR brutto aus.Awards
