Das Gebaude soll energetisch optimiert ausgefuhrt werden (angestrebt wird Passivhausstandard).Die vorlaufige Kostenschatzung liegt bei ca. 14,0 Mio. EUR brutto (KG 200-700).Gegenstand des Auftrages sind die im Leistungsbild Objektplanung fur Gebaude und Innenraume unter SS 34 i. V. m. Anlage 10 Nr. 10.1 beschriebenen Planungsleistungen fur Gebaude und Innenraume fur die Lph. 1 bis 9, sowie die Aufzugsplanung. Eine stufenweise Beauftragung ist vorgesehen. Es werden Besondere Leistungen vergeben. In Planung und Ausfuhrung ist ein hohes Mass an Kosten und Terminsicherheit zu gewahrleisten. Die Gesamtbauzeit wird sich auf ca. 4 Jahre belaufen. Der Baubeginn ist im Marz 2022 geplant. Das Gebaude soll bis Mitte 2026 fertiggestellt werden.Awards
