Fur jedes Fachlos werden acht Teillose (Gebietslose) gemass naherer Bestimmung in den Vergabeunterlagen gebildet. Die Bieter entscheiden selbst, fur welche/s Fachlos/e und welche/s Gebietslos/e sie Rabattangebote abgeben wollen. Die Zuschlagserteilung erfolgt pro Fach- und Gebietslos. Pro Fachlos-und Gebietslos-Kombination werden je nach Fachlos gemass naherer Bestimmung in den Vergabeunterlagen Rabattvertrage mit einem oder - das Vorliegen zuschlagsfahiger Angebote in ausreichender Zahl vorausgesetzt - mit bis zu drei pharmazeutischen Unternehmern geschlossen.
