Dieses Projekt ist ein zentrales Vorhaben (siehe Zukunftskonzept 2013-2020), das die administrativen Rahmenbedingungen sowohl fur Studium und Lehre als auch fur die Forschung in den kommenden Jahren signifikant verbessern soll.Gegenstand der ubergreifenden Handlungsfelder ist u.a. die computergestutzte Zusammenfuhrung moglichst aller administrativen Prozesse mit dem Ziel, den Service zu verbessern, Kapazitaten besser zu nutzen und eine konsistente Erfolgskontrolle zu ermoglichen. Das integrierte, ganzheitliche Campusmanagement-System gliedert sich in zwei Hauptbereiche, namlich zum einen das sogenannte ,,Student Lifecycle Management" (SLM) und zum anderen das eher in der Verwaltung angesiedelte ,,Enterprise Resource Management" (ERM).Die Standardsoftware soll sowohl von allen Mitarbeitenden der TU Berlin als auch von den Studierenden genutzt werden.Zur Umsetzung des Projektes werden Standardsoftware-Lizenzen fur ein solches System beim zentralen Landesdienstleister Berlins (IT-Dienstleistungszentrum Berlin AoR) beschafft. In einem 2. Schritt soll mittels eines europaweiten Vergabeverfahrens ein Realisierungspartner gewonnen werden.Awards
