SS 130a Abs. 8 SGB V (im Folgenden: Rabattvertrage oder einzeln Rabattvertrag) fur Arzneimittel im generikafreien Markt im Zeitraum vom 1.4.2019 bis 31.3.2021. Die Rabattvertrage werden fur die unten aufgezahlten Wirkstoffe bzw. Wirkstoffkombinationen ausgeschrieben (s. die Angaben zu den Losen). Die Bieter entscheiden selbst, fur welche Fachlose sie Rabattangebote abgeben. Der Zuschlag wird fur jedes Fachlos gesondert erteilt. Rabattvertrage werden - eine hinreichende Zahl zuschlagsfahiger Angebote vorausgesetzt - fur das Fachlos 24 (Interferon beta-1b (2P)) mit 2 pharmazeutischen Unternehmern (jeweils Bieter oder Bietergemeinschaft), in allen anderen Fachlosen mit jeweils einem pharmazeutischen Unternehmer (jeweils Bieter oder Bietergemeinschaft) geschlossen. In jedem Fachlos muss ein einheitlicher Rabatt-ApU je Versorgungsbedarfsgruppe (VBG) bezogen auf die Basiseinheit angeboten werden. Es ist eine Differenzierung der Rabatt-ApUs nach den verschiedenen Versorgungsbedarfsgruppen (VBG), nicht aber nach den verschiedenen Arzneimitteln innerhalb einer Versorgungsbedarfsgruppe moglich. Zudem muss fur jedes Fachlos ein bestimmtes Mindestsortiment rabattiert angeboten werden. Naheres ergibt sich aus den Vergabeunterlagen.Awards
