Gemass den SSSS 1 ff. des Gesetzes uber die Aufnahme von Fluchtlingen, spatausgesiedelten und weiteren aus dem Ausland zugewanderten Personen im Land Brandenburg sowie zur Durchfuhrung des Asylbewerberleistungsgesetzes (Landesaufnahmegesetz - LAufnG) in der Fassung vom 15. Marz 2016 sind die Aufnahme, vorlaufige Unterbringung und die migrationsspezifische soziale Unterstutzung der in SS 4 genannten Personen sowie die Durchfuhrung des Asylbewerberleistungsgesetzes offentliche Aufgaben, die den Landkreisen und kreisfreien Stadten als Pflichtaufgaben zur Erfullung nach Weisung ubertragen werden. Die Landeshauptstadt Potsdam beabsichtigt, fur die Wahrnehmung ihrer Pflichtaufgaben der vorlaufigen Unterbringung und allgemeinen sozialen Betreuung unter den genannten Bedingungen einen Bieter zu beauftragen.Awards
