Um das geforderte Raumprogramm in den Hausern unterzubringen, erhalten diese ein weiteres Geschoss als Aufstockung und ein zusatzliches Staffelgeschoss; die im Bestand vorhandenen Dachgeschosse werden dazu zuruckgebaut. Gegenstand der auszufuhrenden Leistungen in diesem Gewerk sind die Rohbau- und Mauerarbeiten aufgeteilt in 3 Lose (Hauser 2, 3 und 4).Awards
