SS 130a Abs. 8 SGB V fur den Zeitraum 1.10.2018 bis 30.9.2020 (AOK XX). Die Ausschreibung erfolgt wirkstoffbezogen fur u. g. 62 Fachlose. Jeder Wirkstoff stellt grundsatzlich ein eigenes Fachlos dar, soweit Besonderheiten nicht gesondert benannt werden. Fur jedes Fachlos werden acht Teillose (Gebietslose) gemass naherer Bestimmung in den Vergabeunterlagen gebildet. Die Bieter entscheiden selbst, fur welche/s Fachlos/e und welche/s Gebietslos/e sie Rabattangebote abgeben wollen. Angebote konnen nur fur eines, fur mehrere oder alle Fach- und Gebietslose abgegeben werden. Die Zuschlagserteilung erfolgt pro Fach- und Gebietslos. Pro Fachlos-und Gebietslos-Kombination werden je nach Fachlos gemass naherer Bestimmung in den Vergabeunterlagen Rabattvertrage mit einem oder - das Vorliegen zuschlagsfahiger Angebote in ausreichender Zahl vorausgesetzt - mit bis zu 3 pharmazeutischen Unternehmern geschlossen.
