Mitochondrien und Lysosomen, und in das funktionelle Zusammenspiel von Zellen im intakten Gewebe von Niere und Nebenniere am lebenden Tier und am isoliert perfundierten Organ. Ausserdem soll es fur Langzeitexperimente (24 h und langer) an kultivierten Zellen, Organoiden und kleinen Tieren (z.B. Drosophila-Larven) geeignet sein. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass fur den Erfolg der geplanten Experimente der Scangeschwindigkeit, der Empfindlichkeit, der raumlichen Auflosung und der Eindringtiefe besondere Bedeutung zukommen, um Organellen im lebenden Gewebe oder Organismus verfolgen zu konnen. Daher werden in dieser Ausschreibung die Spezifikationen, die fur diese Eigenschaften wichtig sind, als besonders wichtig eingestuft.Awards
