Sie ist eine Kur- und Erholungseinrichtung von uberregionaler Bedeutung und besonders auf Familien fokussiert. Die NTT wurde in den Jahren 1998 bis 2000 errichtet und im Jahr 2006 aufwendig saniert und teilweise umgebaut.Die Zielsetzung fur die geplanten Massnahmen zur Attraktivierung der NTT lautet, das Gebaude, die Attraktionen und die Angebote der NaturThermeTemplin GmbH weiter an die Bedurfnisse der Gaste anzupassen und die Aufenthaltsqualitat weiter zu erhohen. Ausserdem sollen Attraktionen und Rahmenbedingungen fur die warme Jahreszeit geschaffen werden, um eine gleichbleibende Auslastungsstabilitat zu erreichen. Dafur wird unter anderem im Aussenbereich ein neues Saunaruhehaus, ein Kinderspielhaus mit integriertem Wassersplashbereich und Zwergottergehe sowie einem Gardierwerk errichtet.Im Los 01-001 Baustelleneinrichtung werden unter anderem folgende Leistungen inkl. Vorhaltung erfoderlich.-- 1 x Bautafel,-- 1 x Sanitarcontainer,-- 200 m Bauzaun,-- 100 m Sichtschutzplane mit Grafikaufdruck,-- Baumschutz,-- Baustromeinrichtung,-- Baustellenbeleuchtung,-- Bauwasseranschlusse,-- 11 St. Baumfallungen,-- 300 m3 Oberbodenabtragungen inkl. abfahren,-- 165 m3 Frostschutzschicht 30 cm fur Baustrasse inkl.
