Ein wesentliches Ziel dieses Vorhabens ist es, bereits ab der Spielzeit 2016/17 die Hallenstandards der DKB Handball-Bundesliga fur den Spielbetrieb in der 1. Handball-Bundesliga Manner gewahrleisten zu konnen. Zudem soll der Hallenkomplex kunftig weitere Funktionen innerhalb des Sportparks Katzenaue erfullen. Die Aufgabe erfordert einen komplexen Umgang mit der vorhandenen Bausubstanz und den Bedurfnissen der Nutzer. An die Planung werden hohe Anspruche hinsichtlich Funktionalitat, Gestaltung und Wirtschaftlichkeit gelegt. Die bauphysikalischen, energetischen, schalltechnischen und sicherheitsbezogenen Anspruche stellen in besonderem Masse Anforderungen an die Kompetenz des Auftragnehmers. Der Auftraggeber weist insbesondere auf die Moglichkeit hin, Bietergemeinschaften zu bilden.Awards
