Die Schule ist derzeit auf mehrere Standorte innerhalb der Ortschaft verteilt. So befindet sich die Grundschule in der Ortsmitte, die Sekundarstufe I liegt am Waldrand. Im Rahmen dieser Baumassnahme sollen nun beide Standorte in der Langstadter Strasse zusammengefuhrt werden. Die Schule soll als inklusive Ganztagesschule entsprechend ihrem padagogischen Konzept organisiert werden. Durch die Zusammenlegung der Grundschule mit der Sekundarstufe I ergibt sich ein zusatzlicher Flachenbedarf von ca. 3 000 qm BGF. Auch das Errichten einer Ganztagesschule sowie die Umsetzung eines neuen Lernkonzepts erfordern eine neue raumliche Struktur. Die Grosse der Schule ist mit ca. 7 600 qm BGF angegeben, die KG 300 betragt ca. 9,6 Mio. EUR netto und die KG 400 ca. 3,2 Mio. EUR netto (KG:410: 0,46 Mio. EUR, KG 420:0,44 Mio. EUR, KG 430: 0,48 Mio. EUR, KG 440:0,98 Mio.EUR KG 450:0,25 Mio. EUR KG 480:0,2 Mio. EUR).Awards
