Die Dreifachsporthalle steht frei neben dem Schulgebaude und ist uber das UG mit diesem verbunden. Um das Grundstuck optimal nutzen zu konnen, werden die KFZ-Stellplatze in einer Tiefgarage untergebracht. Zusatzlich werden uberdachte Fahrradstellplatze, ein Mull- und ein Sportgeratehaus geplant.Die Baustoffwahl wird unter okologischen Kriterien optimiert. Daher wurde eine Holz-Hybridbauweise gewahlt. Ab der Decke uber UG erfolgt die Konstruktion in Holzbauweise, lediglich statisch erforderliche Bauteile, wie Teilbereiche von Decken (Sanitarzellen) und aussteifenden Wandscheiben erfolgen in Stahlbeton.Dacher in Holzkonstruktion als Flachdacher, Holzdach der Sporthalle als flach geneigtes Walmdach, begrunt.
