Die Bestandsfassade besteht aus asbesthaltigen Faserzementplatten mit Aussendammung. Die Fenster sind in Aluminiumbauweise mit Doppelverglasung und Aussenjalousien ausgefuhrt. Die Buroraume sind in Zellenstruktur angeordnet. An das Gebaude grenzt das zweigeschossige Parkdeck an.Die VBL beabsichtigt hier, TA-Fachplanungsleistungen fur die Kernsanierung des Gebaudes sowie den Abriss und Neubau des Parkdecks zu vergeben.Zunachst wird das Parkdeck abgerissen und die entstandene Flache wird als Baustelleneinrichtungsflache fur den Ruckbau und die Sanierung des Gebaudes genutzt.Das Gebaude soll dabei bis auf den Rohbau zuruckgebaut werden, wobei schadstoffhaltige Bauteile abgerissen und entsorgt werden mussen.Nach abgeschlossener Sanierung wird das Parkdeck neu gebaut.Gegenstand der Leistung ist Planung der technischen Ausrustung, Leistungsphasen 2-9 nach SS 55 HOAI, TA 4+5.Awards
