Die Gewachshauser stehen unter Denkmalschutz. Sie befinden sich in einemSanierungsbedurftigen Zustand und sollen umfassend instandgesetzt werden. Dies betrifft die Sanierung des Sockels sowie des Tragwerks (Dach und Aussenwand). Eine Bestandsstatik liegt als Grundlage vor, entsprechend wird nicht der volle Umfang der Grundleistungen erforderlich sein. Wahrscheinlich werden jedoch Umplanungen des vorh. TW erforderlich.Im Rahmen dieser Sanierung soll - in engster Abstimmung mit der OPL - die Planungsleistung der LPH 1-6 fur die TWP an das Leistungsbild gem. SS 51 HOAI 2013 i. V. m. Anlage 14 beauftragt werden.Awards
