Neben den Grundleistungen LPH 1-9 sind besondere Leistungen zu erbringen, insbesondere: Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnung und Ermittlung Lebenszykluskosten Der AN erstellt entsprechend den Richtlinien der Fordergeber die Entwurfsunterlage Bau (LPH 2-3). Nach Freigabe der HU-Bau erstellt der AN die Ausfuhrungsplanung (LPH 5), die Leistungsbeschreibung mit Leistungsverzeichnissen (LPH 6) und wirkt bei der Vergabe mit (LPH 7). Er ubernimmt die Bauleitung wahrend der Ausfuhrung (LPH 8) u. teilweise die Objektbetreuung (LPH 9). Zunachst werden nur die Leistungen LPH 1-5 beauftragt. Es ist beabsichtigt, weitere o. g. Leistungen nach Genehmigung der Unterlage stufenweise zu beauftragen (Stufenvertrag). Ein Rechtsanspruch auf Ubertragung weiterer Leistungen bzw. von besonderen Leistungen besteht nicht.Awards
