Voraussichtlicher Vertragsbeginn ist der 01.01.2017 (zu den Ausnahmen in einzelnen Losen siehe unter Ziffer VI.3. dieser Bekanntmachung und Ziffer 7 des jeweiligen Fachloses). Die Ausschreibung erfolgt wirkstoffbezogen fur die aufgefuhrten Wirkstoffe und Wirkstoffkombinationen, aufgeteilt in 232 Fachlose. Angebote konnen immer ausschliesslich nur fur verschreibungspflichtige Arzneimittel abgegeben werden. Ausnahmen sind die Fachlose: Los 002, 008, 033, 052, 093 WNK 01-04, und Los 137, wo jeweils ausschliesslich nicht-verschreibungspflichtige, apothekenpflichtige Arzneimittel angeboten werden durfen. Pro Fachlos wird eine Rabattvereinbarung mit maximal einem, zwei oder drei pharmazeutischen Unternehmern (Bieter oder Bietergemeinschaft) geschlossen, soweit vorhanden.Awards
