Erweiterung des Gebaudekomplexes auf der Sudseite mit einem 2- geschossiger Fertigteilbau fur zusatzliche Klassen- und Funktionsraume errichtet (Baujahr 1973). Gegenstand des Planungsauftrags ist die Energetische Sanierung bestehend aus: Dacherneuerung/Sanierung, Erneuerung E- Technik und Steuerungstechnik, Erneuerung Heizungsanlage, Gebaudedammung, Mauerwerkssanierung/Trockenlegung. Der Planungsauftrag umfasst die Ausfuhrung der Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 5 und 6 gemass HOAI Teil 3 Objektplanung SSSS 33 - 37 incl. der Aufgabenstellung aus Anlage 10.Awards
