Hierzu sind anhand Satelliten- und/oder Luftaufnahmen die Grosse und Nutzung von Antragsflachen zu bestimmen. Ferner sind Schulungsunterlagen fur die in der Landwirtschaftsverwaltung tatigen Kontrolleure zu erstellen sowie Qualitatskontrollen von durchgefuhrten Fernerkundungskontrollen vorzunehmen. Es handelt sich um die Kontrolle von ca. 7 000 landw. Betriebe mit etwa 125 000 Antragsparzellen, die in ca. 10 festgelegten Zonen uber Bayern verteilt ausgewahlt werden. Die Flache der Zonen betragt ca. 10 000 km2, fur die entsprechende Bilddaten (Satellitendaten oder Befliegung) erstellt bzw. aufbereitet werden mussen. Die Fernerkundungskontrolle erfolgt unter Berucksichtigung der einschlagigen EU-Verordnungen sowie der nationalen Vorgaben zum Integrierten Verwaltungs- und Kontrollsystems (InVeKoS).Awards
