In diesem Zentrum werden zukunftig ca. 9 Unternehmen ansassig und ca. 100 Arbeitsplatze entstehen. Die Haupterschliessung des Gebaudes erfolgt von Norden uber die Mendelstr. Jede Mieteinheit wird separat aus der zentralen Halle erschlossen. Das Gebaude besteht aus 3 oberirdischen Vollgeschossen mit Teilunterkellerung und einem zusatzlichen Technikgeschoss und wird in Massivbauweise erstellt. Die BGF umfasst ca. 5 500 m2. Es werden ca. 1 065 m2 Buro- und ca. 990 m2 Labornutzflachen geschaffen. Das Gewerk Elektrotechnik beinhaltet im Wesentlichen folgende Leistungen: -- Trafo-Kompaktstation, -- Kompensationsanlage, -- Niederspannungshauptverteilung, Unterverteilungen, -- Allgemeine Installationen, -- Beleuchtung, -- Sicherheitsbeleuchtungsanlage, -- Brandmeldeanlage, -- Netzwerktechnik EDV/Telefon, -- Gegensprechanlage.Awards
