Im Zuge dieser Massnahmen ist eine vorlaufende Schadstoffsanierung erforderlich.Nachdem eine Musteretage (4. Etage) des Buroturms des Rathauses in Essen saniert wurde (Fertigstellung Ende 2019), sind beginnend in 2019 und in den kommenden Jahren bis 2026 weitere 20 Etagen dieses Buroturms im laufenden Betrieb der ubrigen Etagen zu sanieren. Dabei werden jeweils, in der Regel 3 Etagen gleichzeitig und mit geringer zeitlicher Verschiebung untereinander saniert.Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens sind die Fachingenieurleistungen fur das Leistungsbild Technische Ausrustung nach HOAI.Awards
