Fur die Beauftragung der weiteren Leistungsphasen ist ein Verhandlungsverfahren nach VgV notwendig.Aufgrund der bereits laufenden Planung und der Gefahrdung der Standsicherheit des Altbaus besteht eine besondere Dringlichkeit.Ein Teil des Kellergeschosses (Neubau) wurde auf Grund notwendiger Arbeiten fur die Energieversorgung bereits ausgefuhrt.Die Bauherrin beabsichtigt zur Sicherstellung der gestalterischen Qualitat das vorbefasste Buro mit der kunstlerischen Oberbauleitung zu beauftragen.Baukosten brutto der KG 300+400 fur den Neubau voraussichtlich 945 500 EUR und fur den Altbau 1 258 500 EUR.Awards
