In Nahe der Romerbrucke (Moselbrucke) befindet sich eine im Jahr 1951 erbaute Strassenuberfuhrung der DB-Anlagen in Form einer Einfeldbrucke mit ca. 37 m Spannweite. Die Brucke ist eine wichtige Ost-West-Verbindung fur MIV, OPNV-Buslinen sowie Fussganger und Radfahrer.Der bestehende Bruckenuberbau, der eine Fahrbahnbreite von 6,60 m und beidseitig 2,25 m breite Gehwege aufweist, befindet sich in einem schlechten baulichen Zustand und muss kurzfristig erneuert werden. Gleiches gilt fur die Stutzmauern an den Rampen zur Brucke.Die neue Brucke soll inkl. Radfahrstreifen eine Fahrbahnbreite von 10,20 m und Gehwege von 2,50 m erhalten. Inwiefern die bestehenden Widerlager, die aus massiven Stahlbetonmauern mit vorgesetzter Mauerwerksschale aus Natursteinen ausgefuhrt sind, verwendet werden konnen, muss im Rahmen der Planung festgestellt werden.Awards
