Das Gebaudeensemble besteht aus einem U-formig angeordneten Altbau 9, 9a, 9b und einem erganzenden Neubau 9c aus dem Jahr 2015, durch den formal ein geschlossenes Karree gebildet wird. Das Gebaude 9a ist teilunterkellert. Der massiv errichtete Altbau besteht aus 3 nahezu identischen Riegeln, welche bedingt durch die split-level Bauweise 3, bzw. 4 geschossig errichtet wurden und durch Vor- und Rucksprunge Vordacher und Loggien bilden. An den Ubergangen der Riegel ist das Gebaude mit 2-geschossigen Zwischenblocken verbunden. Die Bruttogrundflache aller Gebaudeteile betragt ca. 3985 m2, der Bruttorauminhalt ca. 11.685 m3. Der Altbau soll inklusive Ruckbau der Fassade bis in den Rohbauzustand zuruckversetzt werden. Die Nutzungseinheiten bestehen aus studentischen Wohngemeinschaften mit Gemeinschaftsbereichen wie Kuchen und Badern.Awards
