Das Untergeschoss und das Erdgeschoss bilden das Sockelgeschoss dieses Gebaudes. Uber diese Geschosse besteht eine Verbindung zwischen dem 2.BA und dem Gebaude der Akademie (3.BA / nicht Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung). Im Untergeschoss des Hotel 1 (2.BA) befinden sich Kuchenraume der Kantine, im Erdgeschoss befinden sich weitere Kuchenraume, sowie der Speisesaal (nicht Bestandteil der Ausschreibung). Im restlichen Teil des UG, sowie im EG bis 4. Obergeschoss sind im Bestand Hotelzimmer angeordnet. Diese werden zu Buroraumen umgebaut. Der Gebaudeteil Hotel 1 wurde ca. 1971-72 mit 6 Vollgeschossen errichtet. Das Untergeschoss ist ebenerdig. Im Bereich der Aula II (ehem. Schwimmbad) ist das Gebaude unterkellert. Die Gebaudeabmessungen betragen insgesamt ca. LxBxH = 75 m x 40 m x 19,5 m. In diesem Vergabeverfahren werden Estrich- und Oberbodenarbeiten ausgeschrieben.Awards
