Der Altbau wurde um 1857 als erdgeschossiges Gebaude errichtet und um 1906 aufgestockt. Bis 1969 wurde das Gebaude als Schulhaus genutzt, danach war es zeitweise vermietet. Im Hauptgebaude, dem ehemaligen Schulgebaude, sind derzeit vier Schlafraume, drei Gruppenleiterzimmer sowie WC's und der Heizraum untergebracht. Auf der Ruckseite des Hauptgebaudes wurde 1985 ein Sanitartrakt mit WC-Anlagen und Gemeinschaftsduschraumen als erdgeschossiger Anbau errichtet. Im Jahr 1995 wurde der Tagungsraum mit Kuche und Speiseraum angebaut. Im Jahr 2007 wurde das Dachgeschoss zu zwei Betreuerzimmern mit WC und Dusche und einem Aufenthaltsraum umgebaut. Aus verschiedenen wirtschaftlichen und nutzungsspezifischen Uberlegungen heraus soll die Jugendstatte nun durch einen Teilabriss und einen Neubauteil den heutigen Nutzungsbedurfnissen, sowie den gestiegenen energetischen Anforderungen entsprechend saniert und erweitert werden. Der Neubau, der an den Bestand angebunden wird, hat ein geschatztes Gebaudevolumen von ca. 2 000 m3 umbauten Raum. Hier sollen insgesamt 33 Betten, aufgeteilt in 1 bis 3-Bettenzimmer inkl. Nasszelle untergebracht werden. Weiterhin sind geringfugige Leistungen fur die Gestaltung der Aussenanlagen (Zuwegungen, eigener Grundstuckszugang, Aufenthaltsbereich im Freien,...) zu erbringen. Die Kosten hierfur sind mit rund 2 400 000 EUR brutto (KG 300, 400, 500) veranschlagt worden. Der Abbruch von Teilen des Bestandsgebaudes ist nicht Bestandteil dieses Vergabeverfahrens.Awards
