Die Nutzung der Raumlichkeiten fur die Lehre soll moglichst flexibel sein, hierzu wurde ein Moblierungskonzept entwickelt welches die Anforderungen der Nutzer erfullt.Das Gebaude hat sieben Geschosse, ein Hanggeschoss, ein Erdgeschoss und 5 Obergeschosse. Der Grundriss ist quadratisch, hat zwei Erschliessungskerne und einen Versorgungskern. Ab dem 2.OG gibt es in der Mitte des Gebaudes einen Lichthof. Generell ist das Gebaude in den oberen Geschossen sehr durchlassig und hell.In den unteren Geschossen befinden sich die Vorlesungsbereiche und bis zum 5.OG hin verteilen sich vermehrt die Buros und Seminarraume.Die Bauweise ist ein Holz-Hybrid, der Innenraum ist relativ neutral gestaltet mit weiss lasierten Holzoberflachen und Beton.Es wird in der Moblierungsplanung grossen Wert auf Flexibilitat gelegt, dadurch gibt es verschiedenste Tischgrossen und -modelle und eine flexible Elektrifizierung der Tische.Awards
