Im Zuge der Sanierung sollte das bestehende Schwimmer- und Nichtschwimmerbecken saniert werden. Die Sanierung der beiden Becken sollte mittels Stahlbetoninstandsetzung sowie Neuverfliesung erfolgen. Ausserdem sollten die Wassertechnik und die Sprunganlagen erneuert werden.Eine Sanierungsstudie lag bereits vor. Die Sanierung sollte im laufenden Betrieb erfolgen.Die Gesamtprojektkosten wurden auf ca. 3,61 Mio. Euro netto (KG 200-700) geschatzt.In diesem Verfahren wurden die Planungsleistungen Objektplanung Gebaude und Objektplanung Freianlagen vergeben. Die Planung der Technischen Ausrustung wurde in einem separaten Verfahren vergeben.Awards
