Dafur soll in einer ersten Planungsstufe ein Konzept fur das gesamte Ensemble unter Einbeziehung aller erforderlichen Objekt- und Fachplaner entwickelt werden. Die Auftragsvergabe erfolgt getrennt nach Gebaudeeinheiten (Nr. I - III) in den Losen I.1 - I.4; II.1 - II.4; III.1 - III.4 und fur die gesamte Freianlage in Los 5. Innerhalb dieser Planungsstufe (je nach Los zunachst nur Lph. 1-2 oder 1-4) sollen Fordermittel beantragt werden. Abhangig von der Bewilligung dieser Mittel werden in der zweiten Planungsstufe die restlichen Leistungsphasen fur alle Lose beauftragt. Die Sanierung der jeweiligen Objekte und der gesamten Freianlage kann an verschiedene Auftragnehmer vergeben und ggf. zeitlich unabhangig voneinander nach entsprechenden Erfordernissen durchgefuhrt werden.Awards
