Der moderne Neubau ist intelligent mit dem Bestand zu verbinden und soll mit diesem eine architektonische Einheit bilden. Die fur Ausstellungsraume ublichen konstanten Klimabedingungen mussen sichergestellt werden. Die Erschliessung des Gebaudes Bleichstrasse 3 ist optional mit vorzusehen. Neben Kassen- und Garderobenbereich sind ubliche Nebenraume wie Personalraume, WC-Anlagen etc. mit einzuplanen. Der Ausbau des Mansardgeschosses ist optional mit einzuplanen. Auf dem Gelande wird ein Nahwarmenetz errichtet. Die Projektgrenze wird daher die Hausanschlussstation im Gebaude sein. Planungsumfang sind die Planung der Heizungs- und Sanitarinstallation sowie der Luftungs- und Klimatechnik, sofern diese erforderlich werden.Awards
