Die Universitat Bayreuth betreibt ca. 150 Lehrraume, die bereits mit moderner Medientechnik und Mediensteuerungen ausgestattet sind. Ziel dieser Vergabe ist eine Rahmenvereinbarung uber die Beschaffung von Medientechnik fur die Dauer von 48 Monaten, inklusive der fur den storungsfreien Betrieb notwendigen Dienstleistungen, Garantien und Services. Alle Vertragsdaten, Service, Hotline, Gebrauchsanweisungen, Schulungsunterlagen und Geratebedienungen sowie die eingesetzten Softwareprodukte werden in deutscher Sprache erwartet. Bei Bedarf ist fur jedes Gerat ein Prospekt/Datenblatt beizufugen. Die Ausschreibung und Auswertung erfolgt in Anlehnung an die UfAB 2018. Neben dem individuellen Anschreiben ist die vorgegebene Struktur zwingend einzuhalten. Es sind ausschliesslich Neugerate der aktuellsten Generation zugelassen.Awards
