Derzeit existieren allerdings keine kontinuierlich und bundesweit erhobenen und frei zuganglichen Datendienste zur Auslastung des Schienenverkehrs. Dieses Forschungsprojekt zielt daher darauf ab, eine systematische Bestandsaufnahme der potenziellen Erhebungsansatze und Kennzahlen fur bundesweite Auslastungsdaten im Personen- und insbesondere Guterverkehr vorzunehmen und die verschiedenen Ansatze zu erproben und zu analysieren, mit denen eine Konsolidierung der Quellen erreicht wird, sodass diese fur verschiedene Nutzer zuganglich gemacht werden konnen. Anhand der systematischen Erprobung sollen Handlungsempfehlungen gegeben werden, mit welchen Ansatzen ein Monitoring-System am besten aufgebaut werden kann.Awards
