Hintergebaude, Novalisgarten + Pavillon, Innenhof, Vorplatz) des Novalishauses. Im Hauptgebaude befinden sich Novalisgedenkstatte u. Stadtbibliothek. Das zu bearbeitende Hintergebaude ist leerstehend, baulich, energetisch u. funktional nicht nutzungsfahig. Die Hauptnutzung soll zukunftig als Stadtarchiv, einschl. Integration des Lesesaals der Stadtbibliothek u. Archiv erfolgen. Dabei steht die statische wie energetische Ertuchtigung unter Beachtung v. Denkmalschutzaspekten im Fokus. Inhalt dieser Ausschreibung sind Planungsleistungen nach SSSS 34 (Gebaude u. Innenraume) und 51 HOAI (Tragwerksplanung) sowie untergeordnet Planungsleistungen nach SS 39 HOAI (Freianlagen) und Leistungen der Bauphysik (Anlage 1.2 HOAI) fur die LPH 1-9 nach SS 34 HOAI bzw. 1-6 nach SS 51 HOAI. Fur die Massnahme stehen ca. 3,4 Mio. EU brutto (KG 200 - 500 DIN 276) zur Verfugung.Awards
