Dabei sind von den Auftragnehmern Losungen gefordert, die aufgrund eines begrenzten Kostenrahmens explizit nur notwendige Baumassnahmen zur Sicherheit der Nutzer in den Vordergrund stellen und daruber hinaus die notwendige Versorgung des Objektes mit erforderlichen haustechnischen Anlagen erweitert sowie eine barrierefrei Erschliessung des Objektes gewahrleistet.Planung des Abbruchs des Bestandsgebaudes und Ausstattung des neuen Feuerwehrhauses erfolgten vom Auftragnehmern. Die Bestandsaufnahme wurde von SCHALZKY Bauingenieure GmbH im Jahr 2015 durchgefuhrt. Die Ergebnisse der Bestandsaufnahme wurden mit einer Objektbeschreibung, den Bestandsplanen und dem Raumbuch dokumentiert. Diese Unterlagen sind als Anlagen den Vergabeunterlagen beigefugt. Die Sanitar- und Elektrotechnik muss ebenfalls komplett entfernt und fachgerecht entsorgt werden.Beraumung des Bestandsgebaudes und Umzug in Ubergangsquartier erfolgt durch Feuerwehr in eigener Organisation.Awards
