Bei dem Altbau, dem ,,dritten Schulhaus" der Stadt Hof, handelt es sich um ein unter Denkmalschutz stehendes Bauwerk. Die Generalsanierung wird in 3 Bauabschnitten (BA) umgesetzt. Im ersten Bauabschnitt (1. BA) wird der Altbau I und die Innenhoffassade des Zwischenbaus saniert. Im zweiten Bauabschnitt (2. BA) wird der Altbau II saniert. Und im dritten Bauabschnitt (3. BA) werden die Haupteingangsfassade des Zwischenbaus und bearbeitet. Im Anschluss soll die Schulkantine im Erdgeschoss des Hauptgebaudes neu gestaltet werden.Awards
