Die Gesamtgrosse des Grundstucks betragt ca. 11 250 m2. Der Neubau unterteilt sich in eine Haupthalle mit 16 Stellplatzen, eine Nebenhalle mit 6 Stellplatzen sowie einer aufgesetzten Verwaltungsspange. Werkstatten und ein Schlauch- und Ubungsturm dienen sowohl der Feuerwehr Nordhausen selbst wie auch den Umliegenden Feuerwehren. Der Neubau besitzt eine U-formige Grundflache von ca. 2 750 m2 mit einer Ausdehnung von ca. 90 m im Norden und ca. 32 m im Suden sowie einer Breite von ca. 34 m im Osten und 72 m im Westen. Die BGF betragt ca. 5 000 m2, der BRI liegt bei ca. 25 000 m3. Es soll eine Schlauchpflegestrasse einschl. Schlauchaufhangung eingebaut werden. Eine Unteraufteilung dieser Leistung in weitere Lose ist nicht vorgesehen (s. Punkt II.1.6.).Awards
