Die Klinik fur Urologie und Kinderurologie ist lokalisiert im 2. OG im Bauteil 5 (ehern. 3. TA), oberhalb der Frauenklinik und in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zur Kinderklinik. Diese Neubaumassnahme umfasst somit insgesamt 3 Geschosse:-- das Hauptgeschoss der urologischen Funktionsdiagnostik (inkl. hoch installierte Eingriffsraume),-- ein Leergeschoss(*) im 3. OG und-- ein oberstes Technikgeschoss im 4. OG.Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt mit Vergabe der Planungsleistungen Umplanungen durchzufuhren. Dieses sind der Entfall Leergeschoss im 3. OG sowie raumweise Anpassungen im Funktionsbereich (2. OG Bauteil 5). Die Bauausfuhrungen/Sanierungen der Urologischen Stationen (2. OG Bauteil 5) werden voraussichtlich zeitlich deutlich versetzt stattfinden.Awards
