Das ehemalige Sommerschloss wurde Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts errichtet, nach Kriegsschaden entkernt, mit einem Stahlfachwerk und aufliegender Stahlbetonschale uberdacht, im Stil der 1950er Jahre neu gepragt und bis zur Jahrtausendwende als Sendestudio genutzt. Das Gebaude soll eine neue Nutzung als ,,Offenes Haus fur Musik und Mehr" erfahren, mit einer eigenen, die beiden Zeitschichten verbindenden Architektursprache. Eine Machbarkeitsstudie inkl. statischer Bewertung und eine bautechnische Bestandserfassung liegen vor. Es werden Baukosten (Kostengruppen 300, 400, 500 und 600) in Hohe von maximal 20 000 000 EUR netto fur das Gebaude und die zum Gebaude zugehorigen Freianlagen angesetzt.Awards
